This product is made from Nylon 66 (PA66) material and modified with special flame-retardant technology to meet UL94 V0 standard, featuring self-extinguishing properties. While maintaining Nylon 66's inherent advantages of high strength and wear resistance, the fiber also exhibits excellent heat resistance (long-term service temperature: 220°C) and produces low smoke and non-toxic fumes when burned, complying with stringent safety requirements in aerospace, automotive, and other high-end applications. Available in various specifications (3D-30D denier, 38-120mm lengths), it is ideal for automotive interiors, protective clothing, and electronic insulation, serving as a premium alternative to conventional flame-retardant fibers.
